I've written before about their great service, and yep, once again, they rock, and that would be Phillip, in particular. My hard drive crashed/broke right during the first week of shelter-in-place in San Francisco, and NO laptops were available for purchase in any stores since everyone was having to work from home. But he had a new hard drive in stock and popped that in, in no time. Truly grateful for skill, warmth and dedication. Shout out to Julie, too, who helps me with my dumb questions. 🙂

Had my pc fixed here I'm a total noob when it's comes to pc. Philip was extremely helpful and explained exactly what was wrong and what the possibilities for a fix were. The prices are very fair much better price than Best Buy. Nice friendly people I highly recommend.
